First, give us a call, an email, a text, a message, we're always available! You'll speak to either Dan or Sky, the owner and the office manager. 

We'll set up a time for a free estimate or consultation to go over your project, talk about basic pricing, scheduling, what you're expectations are, etcetera. You'll receive a professional estimate via our Quickbooks program.

Then, should you choose to go forward with us (and we really hope you do!), we'll send you an invoice with a payment schedule, approximate start dates, and an email thread for you to be in constant contact with us for anything you need! 

For projects like kitchens or bathrooms or anything that should be personalized to make your home YOURS, we'll give you allowances in the invoice to help you stay on track with your budget and your project plan!

We'll walk you through our favorite suppliers. We'll introduce you to our close-knit, local network of specialists and experts for things like flooring, tile, stone masonry, decking, siding, and much more! Sky has all the insights on shopping and organizing for a home project and Dan has all the connections and expertise someone could possibly need for a home project. 

We'll make sure you have all the information you need to make expert choices on what you want for your home.

We're well-versed in unfortunate events and dealing with insurance companies. Whether it's mold restoration, water damage, leaks, general wear and aging on your home, we know how to help you work with the insurance company to make sure you get what you need to get back to normal!

We'll begin work! Dan and his team will begin work. Dan will walk you through every step of construction and answer any of your questions throughout the process. 

When your project comes to an end, we'll consolidate all allowances, all the tiny finishing details, and work with you to wrap everything up quickly and efficiently!
